Who we are

These terms apply to lazlotrader.com and to the tools, content and services offered under the name "Lazlo". The site and tools are operated by an individual using "Lazlo" as a brand name and character. You can reach the operator via @LazloTrader on Telegram.

Acceptance

By using this website or any Lazlo tool you agree to these terms and to our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our tools

Lazlo tools, including SignalMiner, are scripts for TradingView. Access is provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Access is granted manually after payment is confirmed: you send a payment receipt and your TradingView username on Telegram, and access is activated for that account. Use of TradingView is subject to TradingView's own terms.

What you may not do

You may not resell, share or redistribute access to a tool, copy or reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harms others.

No advice, no warranty

Our tools and content are provided "as is" for analysis and decision support. They are not financial advice and we do not guarantee results, availability or that they will be error-free. See the Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lazlo is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or tools.

Changes

We may update these terms and the tools from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
