Overview

This page explains when you can get a refund for a Lazlo product, such as a SignalMiner subscription.

Eligibility

If a tool does not work for you because of a technical problem on our side, and we cannot fix it, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

If the tool's features differ significantly from what is described on this website, you can also request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Not covered

Trading losses are not grounds for a refund. The tools are for analysis and decision support, and they do not guarantee results. Change of mind after access has been activated is also not covered.

How to request a refund

Message @LazloTrader on Telegram. Include your TradingView username, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a screenshot or a short explanation to understand the issue.

Processing

If your request is approved, we will return the amount to the same wallet or method you used for payment. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of approval.
